Developing a bra line- QUESTIONS

Hi all,

I'm looking to start a bra line, I'd like to start off with only one style and eventually expand to others. I have a picture from a manufacturer in Japan but haven't been able to get in touch with them to receive the sample. Does anyone have advice on how to go about this? Would it be better to take the picture and go to a patternmaker and have a sample made here? (i'm based in NYC)
