Hello!

Does anybody here know of any sample contracts for use between retailers and designers and/or manufacturers? Dealing with the likes of deliveries and returns, brand/advertising rights, the "delegation of power" as the designer brand (assuming it's a startup) becomes more and more wealthy and successful due to the hard work and skills of the retailer? And whatever else these types of contracts are suppose to contain. There was nothing out there in Googleland when I looked, and none of the big league retailers have responded to my emails.

I will get a lawyer eventually, for now though I'm just curious to see how other people do it.

Thanks in advance!
