    Too bad, but most likely smoking is forbidden in the BOLC, just like in any other military unit. It seems to me that only commanders and supervisors are allowed to smoke there, it's always been like that everywhere. I've heard that a lot of guys who study there find ways to bring at least a vape and some liquids with them.
