Biz Opportunity, Vintage Clothing

I own an online vintage clothing store, Apocalypse Vintage. It is currently based in Portland but I will be moving it to San Francisco in October. We sell higher-end vintage clothing photographed on models. You can see the website, soon to be redesigned, at apocalypsevintage.com. I'm interested in starting a by-the-pound vintage clothing store for the items we find that our not quite good enough for the website, and also for accessories, furniture and housewares. I have already found a great location. I have the suppliers, knowledge of vintage, business management experience, and industry contacts. I'm looking for someone to contribute equity and management time. My access to funding is limited and what I can find will be going to the online venture.
