I am working as a catwalk coach for the first time for an upcoming event. Although I have worked as an assistant coach but as a head, it is my first time. This time, I have more freedom to employ new techniques. That is why I am willing to try Belfast massages like sports massage, reflexology, deep tissue massage and Thai massage to improve models' posture. Actually, we are organizing this event in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which is why I am only mentioning the massages that are commonly practised in the city.
I read from online resources that massages are useful to loosen your stiff muscles and allow you to carry your natural posture.
