Beginning with designing clothes.

Hi everyone! So, I've finally decided to start working upon my dream of designing clothes. But, since I'm not sure of how successful I'll be, I want to start it really slow with the least expense as possible. At first, I thought of starting my work at home, but since that doesn't seem much convenient, I've been thinking of renting a small place, to set up as my office. I've heard of these office containers and I guess these would be a better option for a startup. http://www.securecontainer.ca/containers/container-modifications/ What do you guys think? However, these are way cheaper than renting an office room. But, would it be convenient enough to do my work in these? Is anyone here, experienced with working in office containers. I basically, want to start designing clothes on my own, try and experiment a lot, so not that a big space is required. Once, I'm efficient enough in designing, then I could probably start my own boutique. At least, that's the plan.
