Accumark software or any other good pattern making grading.

Hi guys, I came across this Accumark AE PDS/GMS software which is $4500us plus training on the software is about 200pounds for 5 days each. I would also need to get a plotter and a digitizer for pattern input. I am new to this. I would love to make patterns and grade my own patterns. Are there any other softwares like Accumark AE PDS/GMS software I can use? I would love to train and know how to make patterns and grade my own patterns. I am from the island St. lucia (the Caribbean) Can it be learnt online or purchase online? Can you guide me with this process?
