A place to rent sewing equipment in London

Hi all,

Rather than going down the route of spending £700 on sewing machines, i'm looking for a place in London where I can rent machines or use sewing facilities. I'd like somewhere which preferably has an overlocker 3/4 thread and lockstitch machine.
