entry-level positions

I have a MS in Textiles and Clothing and for several years I taught at a college. Now I would like to get into the industry. I have been checking job boards for fashion manufacturers hoping to find entry level jobs. What I find are jobs for people with years of experience. Can any one tell me how or where to find the posting for entry- level jobs?
