Fashion Design Freelance Work

Hi everybody, I am about to head into a second interview regarding freelance work. I have never done freelance, so have no idea what the hourly or project rate it. Heard that you can charge per sketch as well. If anybody has more info, please help ASAP. By the way, I am currently working as a Head Designer and have 4 1/2 years of design experience. Thanks!
