Where to get certified in CAD?

Hey guys, I've been searching google for about 2 hours now and I cannottttt find FASHION CAD DESIGN certification programs anywhere! I'm looking to do something online or something that only requires a few sessions to become certified. I keep getting results on AutoCad, which is definitely not what I'm interested in. I'm looking to design online using Illustrator/Photoshop basically. If anyone knows where i can get certified please let me know!!
