This is a nice tip. However, how about training? Can I train each day like in the case with compression socks?
I think sublimated socks are different from compression socks since sublimated ones since these socks are more resistant for smell so you don’t have to worry about bacteria finding a breeding ground inside your shoes. However, compression socks are mostly suitable for athletes since such socks improve circulation and blood flow, keeping deoxygenated blood from pooling in the lower legs and preventing lactic acid formation that helps to easier to get the necessary sport result. Personally I like more athletic compression socks because they helped me out a lot to keep my athletic form each day when I did a mornin run.
