Is the goal to meet with companies for employment? If that is the case, that may be difficult traveling with your entire group. If you are just looking to check out fashion relevant locations. Maybe you can plan a meeting with a professor at FIT (the largest fashion school in New York). Also, if you go to ApparelSearch.com and then on the main page find a link to WORLD. You will then find link to UNITED STATES. In that section you will find NEW YORK. Maybe you can find companies in that section to contact.
