You may try some batique at home but for pigment garment dyes and for antiques (where you willget the most natural effects) you really need a professional garment dye company with pressurized machines. You can just pay them sampling cost (should be around usd 10/kg)

You may find companies in your area via internet (i guess)

To produce an actual garment, the factory needs more then a simple sketch. For example, they need to determine garment measurments. This is often provided as a size specs file. A pattern maker may be able to create one for you.

Some factories may be able to create the garment based on a sketch, but you are leaving much to chance unless you know that they are a very good factory.

In my opinion, you do need more then just a sketch of your garment. You want to provide measurements, trim specifications etc. Possibly you can list your question in the Manufacturing Group on this site to get more advise.
