Milan is upon us. It’s a sexy affair. Lots of hand gestures and gazelle like creatures strutting in buttery leather shoes and scooting around clad in biker gear. There will always be the power houses of Armani and Versace but there’s one Italian who has experienced a renaissance in recent years. I’m not normally a Cavalli fan, I find his collections a bit Euro trashy, or a…

Ok so it’s a little old-school boho Sienna, but I am still loving fish plaits. Although I fear the look has become a wee-bit LA à mon avis. If Lauren Conrad and Nicole Richie sport a style, its dishevelled roots can become a tad try hard. That’s not to say the look doesn’t still work in a modern context, although just don’t overdo the harem pants and gladiator sandals, otherwise it just screams…

I am so utterly-flutterly in love with crazy long lashes. I don’t know why. I can’t control it. I recently went into a Vivienne Westwood store, (to drool over the pirate boots) and the lovely little Bjork-alike tree sprite assistant, clad in red tartan had the most utterly fluttery lashes, she looked like a blinky doll on acid. I instantly recognised them as Viktor and Rolf’s latest lash fash but I…

Is it wrong to have favourite children? Galliano is mine, actually I make no apology. His latest couture offering in Paris had me punching the air with affectionate pride as he proved yet again he is the master of his universe. Couture makes me giddy like gas and…

Has vanity stretched so far? Clothes and exterior layering no longer fulfil me. A wardrobe full of the season’s must haves and still I feel empty on the inside. What is lacking, maybe I need a haircut or a new super-moisturiser to quash the void? Products and crafty marketing aren’t working. Not even superficial packaging can excite me now *disappointed frown*. I have a period of unease w…

Gald to read you again, I checked your blog online and the article "Marais Magnifique "...Rue Saint Antoine at the heart of the bustle in Saint Paul village. It is here that Paris eats, drinks, shops, walks and breathes in all its well-dressed glory." made me want to go back to Paris. I go to France to visit family/friends at least once a year, so I'll know Quoi faire Next time ;)
It would be nice to share advices/concepts on writing, so let me know if you want to.
Until then, keep on writing '
Miss SLY!
Ciao for now!
If you are interested, the blog system allows you to set the date for each post. This is just incase you want to spread out your posting in the future. For example, rather then post five in a row, you can set the system to post one each day for five different days. Certainly you can post any way you choose. I just wanted to let you know that you do have the option to spread them out if you wish. Personally, even if I write a few messages in one day, I try to spread them out over a few days. Again, that is just my preference. You can post any way that is best for you.
Again, great job with the posting. I look forward to reading them all.
