We give incredible customer service and are creating a loyal customer base...they love talking to the owners of the company and appreciate the quality of the lenses, and vision experience. We came to start this business in a kind of backwards way, but are persevering and loving the business.

Oops, I thought you meant regarding SCM type issues. Fabric, dyes, marketing etc., is an entirely different ball of wax. If you are looking for new technologies in fabric, you may want to check with the US Fabric Mills. They typically are leaders in new fabric technologies. Other technology relevant issues, you can find listed at the fashion technology area on Apparel Search. Maybe you will like the innovative clothing section in that area. Not sure if any of this helps you, but hope it does... If you find any interesting new techniques during your research, let us know..

Certainly supply chain management software is a beneficial tool. However, as you indicated that you are working for a large company, you most likely have good systems in place. RFID is another interesting area, but that has been around for a few years already. Not sure if their is anything newer or more interesting then the advances in Radio Frequency Identification and SCM.
