I would strongly suggest you finish up with high school and then take courses at a fashion design school. You can view a fashion school directory at Apparel Search. Go to ApparelSearch.com then go to the EDUCATION section. In that aree you will find link to FASHION SCHOOLS. Taking courses is definately the best first step.
