- I am originally from Hampton/Newport News Virginia area, and I now reside in Brooklyn, New York. Yeah I have moved again; but that's what you do when your chasing your dream! I have two handsome boys Zyaire and Jahmique who keeps me focused and determined. I have been modeling for over seven years now. Doing work in runway, print and commercials. I have also attended modeling school for etiquette. Modeling is something that I have always loved as a little girl like most! The word "Fashion" and "Superstar" are words that would definitely describe who I am and what I enjoy. One thing that has truly bothered me in the fashion industry though is the strict model requirements. I am only 5'4" but my walk is sick. I love runway and have done so many runway shows but I know that I will not make it in that area of the business; unless I change the requirements myself! LOL... Due to my passion for runway, I have had much enjoyment training aspiring models on the Catwalk & also in Print. In May of 2004 I started my own business producing fashion/hair shows and of course still training. At that time I was part owner of a company named Catwalk Productions. Then in March of 2006 I changed my company name to Mo Diva Productions LLC and continued on as a Sole Proprietor. Being CEO/President allowed me to expand within my business. La'Toyia Monique mission for Mo Diva Productions is to uplift the name fashion in all areas and aspects of the world and bring something new to the industry. Mo Diva Productions is your all in one fashion Event Company. Not only does La'Toyia Monique produce fashion and hair shows; she trains in Runway/Print, works as your Personal Assistant and Fashion Stylist. The company alone definitely sticks by the slogan "Mo Diva Does It More Diva than All". La'Toyia's company will provide you with backstage management throughout the show assist with finding and finalizing your venue, hold casting calls if necessary, provide a host, entertainment and D.J. She also provides on set make up artist and hair stylist to remain present through out the course of the show and to prep prior to the actual event date. Clients will never have to assist with any event. La'Toyia ensures that you will relax and enjoy the show without lifting a finger! Mo Diva Productions LLC future goals include extending the client base and producing shows across the globe, and to mark the company name in the fashion industry. The focus markets are currently Virginia, DC, Maryland and the Atlanta area while making her way up to the fashion capital NYC.
