Redkat Coming to LA 10/19/07

I'll be traveling from Shanghai to Los Angeles to visit my family for Thanksgiving. I will be in LA for the rest of the month so I can visit several new clients. If you are interesting in meeting me in person to discuss producing your line using my network of factories please let me know.

Evisu Cube Gallery

So the event was really great. Evisu took over an entire section of the Xin Tian Di shopping center with their installation. I was really impressed with the other artists work and guess many other people were as well because 8 of the pieces sold. The proceeds from the sales were donated to Care for Children a charity which works to find Chinese orphans a family to call their own.

Evisu Cube Gallery 10/9/07 Shanghai

It has been awhile since I was working Hollywood getting my hands dirty doing fun art projects... So I was thrilled to be invited to do an art piece for the Evisu Cube project. Each artist is given a small 3-D space and some Evisu fabric to make an art project with. The show will be open November 9th with an auction of the artwork in order to benefit a Chinese charity. Similar events were done in Hong Kong and London and hope the Shanghai event goes off just as well.

Nice to meet you! Great business idea with Redkat Sourcing. With the competition as stiff as it is these days, a lot of compainies feel the need to go offshore, but don't have a clue how to get started.

I would rather see things remain in North America to support our economies, but it just isn't always realistic anymore.

Labor is cheap in Ghana fashion and some people export garments and fabrics from Ghana to Europe. Contact me if you want to know more.
