- My name is Michelle Joshua owner of a small boutique in the USVI along with my husband. We carry styles in every size 2-24. We offer a one stop shopping experience by providing accessories, shoes, hats, scented candles, soaps, lotions. So come on in and get noticed with New Horizon Clothing.
