Laurent Boyer, the french Frequenstar presenter and Frederic Soulié present Alain Zirah, the OFF de Cannes creator for France 3 TV broadcast. The director and producer has just written a book "STRASS & PAILLETTES - Dans les coulisses du festival de Cannes" (Cannes festival backstage). He speaks about the OFF de Cannes film challenge and explains how the dutch fashion designer Larisa Katz won the 2010 OFF de Cannes Fashion Grand Prize and become member of the 2011 jury with Tinus D. the Freakysteel designer and the model Carolien Van Twuijver. The OFF de Cannes ceremony will be the 18th May in a secret place.
