Writing for websites?

HeyI turn 15 next month and i wondered if any body knew if any fashion blogs or websites would offer people without degrees or experience a chance to write about a topic given to them for their website. I know i'm young but i love writing and fashion, i would like an oppitunity like writing on a blog or something so i can express my point of veiws on fashion and also to write and dicscuss about new fashions. If you have any advice i would love it!Thankyou Brooklyn
