WHY IS OUR TODAY ARTIST NOT DRESSING FOR THE RED CARPET?

I really want to know why is our stars of today not dressing for the red carpets anymore? Remember when you were a little kid and you would stare at the television? Didn't you wish you were at the awards dressed up like your favorite celebrity? I use to admire the greats walking on the red carpet because they would be dressed so elegant! Well, lately I feel that artist are taking the award shows as a club event! They are showing up in t-shirts, jeans, tank tops, gym shoes, and head scarves! I'm not liking this horrible new trend! I think artist are forgetting that this isn't some event to pick up your next shorty; but more of an event to acknowledge your accomplishments! The day of the awards need to be cherished! I at least feel like our celebs can show up in some nice slacks and a crisp button down shirt! That's not too dressy! With this look you can be dressy and comfortable! Viewers want to see success! You can go around any street corner and see someone wearing jeans, t-shirt, gym shoes, and a head scarf! I feel they need to get it together as being apart of the public eye! Becoming a celeb is a tough job but hey life is tough! We all have to play our roles!
