Vivrant Magazine premiere issue launches in NYC

The making of Vivrant Magazine’s first issue was an amazing challenge. The idea and concept of the Vivrant brand and the Vivrant woman is still being developed, but I quickly realized that it was more than a project or a job. The magazine brings the reader a focused voice of fashion with an insider’s appeal. The rich fashion perspective allows our sophisticated reader to discover her own style and still enjoy the trends as they emerge in a timely fashion. We offer a sneak peek into the inner workings of the fashion industry while bringing life, vitality and vivacity to the youthful and intelligent reader.

Taking the fashion we love and making it all make sense in a beautiful and uplifting way. Vivrant Magazine is the print finally of our fashion experience. The idea of the title came from a combination of two words Vivacious and Rant. Vivrant is a colorful word that embraces many meanings. Vivrant is also a play on the word Vibrant (meaning full of high energy and brightness)This is what I wanted to see in a magazine. When people hear the
word Vivrant they immediately think of color, so we definitively filled this issue with color.

Vivrant Magazine offers an organized voice, strong yet somewhat resonate with a fine filter on what to leave out and let in what matters most in fashion, beauty, art and culture today. We put the choice back into fashion, not mandating what women should wear but helping the reader discover the many facets of fashion and where they can find it and fit it into their lives.

The pages of Vivrant Magazine burst with color and emotion all with a fashionable sensibility. We take some of the mystery of fashion, mix it with the discovery and objectivity of beauty and the knowledge of style and
pack it back into our pages all for our reader’s benefit and knowledge. Our reader is confident a woman who shops for entertainment, status and empowerment.

As I discovered more and more while reviewing the fashion collections of the Spring 2011 season and seeing the faces of the beautiful people on the runway, I was determined to bring that vibrant diverse feeling to the pages of this magazine. I feel our magazine represents diversity in beauty and style just as fashion would expect a magazine too. The issue of color can be translated into many things, color as in race, color as in a rainbow and color as in tone and temperature of the content. We can be looked at as a personal stylist and or a in-the-know friend to our fashion focused readers. We offer expert knowledge and we bring trusted information and with an objective point of view.

Optimistic, empowering and most of all inclusive, we give our readers back fashion that fits with their own personification, their own sense of luxury and their own means and desire.
