Vintage Eyewear: Topshop Gunmetal Sunglasses

That's So New York - One of my personal favorite pieces of eyewear, brought to us by high-street favorite Topshop this spring/summer is the Gunmetal Winged Side Small Round Sunglasses by Unique. These sunglasses are a vintage alternative to our other spring/summer eyewear favorite, the Aviator sunglasses. Rounded sunglasses are one of our favorite trends when it comes to eyewear, breaking away from the indoor/outdoor winter trend yet smothering us with vintage inspiration, a design set for style, instead of practicality with a mechanical outtake. 

There shape is something of an abnormality, something we would have never been seen it just a few years ago, yet as the vintage trend pushes it's way back onto the catwalk, it seems things which were once considered 'outrageous' are now the talk of the town. When first looking at these sunglasses, i'm sure we would have thought they may have been a little pricey, usually anything yet everything vintage related is, but as Topshop has reinvented this trend, they are brought to us at an affordable price of just £22.
