Some websites can even teach you how to get breathless and increase stamina, etc.

As far as we know, staying in shape as you get older benefits your strength, stability and general health. Try these above-mentions tips to keep fit at home with minimal effort. What you need to do is to set goals for yourself. You also have to think of it as a lifestyle change. It is an integral to your life as sleeping and eating. If you can do exercise everyday, it is obviously good for your health.
