Queen Letizia of Spain is a very stylish woman and her choice of clothes has always fascinated me. On Thursday, she arrived in Palma de Mallorca to attend the 17th National Volunteering Conference. The event took place at the University ‘’Balearic Islands’’.
All eyes were on the Spanish Queen as she looked stunning in her very stylish tight dress in grey with ruffles appearing on the right side of the dress. The designer of course is Felipe Varela who is responsible for just half of Letizia’s wardrobe. She accessorized the gorgeous dress with earrings Hope Egg by Links of London and a modern bag in black by Malababa. She finished her look with a bright, red lipstick thus adding the needed color for the evening.
Even though I remember seeing Queen Letizia in this same dress a while back, I must say that she seems to have brought a new life to it. It is great seeing the royals recycling their clothes as this shows us how down to earth they are. And this dress is 4 years old as I first saw Letizia wear it in 2010 at the Prince of Asturias Awards.
At the opening of the conference, Queen Letizia gave a short speech. During that conference, we are to see the people who will receive the Volunteering Awards. The idea behind the conference is to gather all people from different areas of volunteering to discuss the current issues that might affect the voluntary movement. The theme of the conference for this year is ‘’Transforming Realities’’ and it aims to bring people’s attention on how volunteering can change your life and the lives of the people who are around you.
Tomorrow is the final day of the 17th State Volunteering Congress.
