Pierre Balmain men’s shirt for ME…..

Judging from the label and look & feel of the fabric I would guess this Pierre Balmain men’s shirt is from the 70′s and for me that’s the cherry on top.  I without any doubt or hesitation grabbed this men’s Pierre Balmain shirt and run to the counter, not believing my luck.  This is an old iconic French label and one that is synonymous with elegance and just pieces of art.  Pierre Balmain once said “dressmaking is the architecture of movement” and when he was designing his clientele would flock to see him.  His clients were Brigette Bardot, Marlene Dietrich & Katherine Hepburn to name a few.  Pierre Balmain represented a certain idea of elegance.  He died in 1982 and have had several great creative directors under the rein but now it’s a very young Frenchman named Olivier Rousteing.  This 70′s Pierre Balmain men’s shirt does have a certain disco feel about it and to be honest with you that’s a perk.  Nothing better than vintage luxury especially when you find them hiding inside a thrift store just waiting to be discovered….  Be STYLISH go green.  Daniel your luxury curator!
