I've been blogging for almost a year now, and while I'm happy to do it as often as I can, I realized that most people are not really good at reading or understanding my, or maybe in general, articles on websites. I sometimes getcomments under my posts that have nothing to do with subjects of my articles. I also get some emails at fallefashionista@gmail.com, which I'm happy about because it means that there are people who actually follow my blog, but almost all emails are from young people asking my advice on how to move to Milan, Italy and find job/internship in the fashion industry.
Contrary to my thoughts, it seems like it is not clear that my channelAbsurdFashion was about my work experience in the fashion/publishing industry in Italy which has been so fa almost 100% negative. I have worked with so many idiots, people I couldn't learn anything from (except what not to do), I worked for owners who only wanted to use me and then not pay me for my work... So after two years of work in Italy I have two companies who owe me thousands euros that I will probably never see (I'm still hoping for the best though).
And to those owners I wish all the worst (work related) because if good things happen to them (which for them means more people to trick and not pay) more people will suffer. I wish bad things (only work related) to their family too, because I believe that that cheating/criminal gene is passed from one generation to another.
So to all people who are thinking of coming to Italy and searching for a job here: Please switch the location option in your favorite job search website. And if you are already in Italy, join me and let's plan together our sweet escape from this wonderland.
