New York Fashion week marks the beginning of a month long four country trek for editors, buyers, and label lovers alike to see what’s hot in the worlds fashion capitals for fall winter 2011. This marks the second season the shows will be held in their new venue in Damrosch Park at the Lincoln Centre, which is also home to the Met. Opera House and the American Ballet. A few big names such as Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein opted for their own private locations, but the new home has lived up to its promise of greater seating capacity and larger backstage areas.
