My Single life – yes I have been asked several times whether I still eat according to LCHF.

And the answer to this question is yes, because it was not a weight loss project, but a change of my lifestyle. I do not even think about it much more because it is a natural part of my life now.

As I told at the time when I started the LCHF way, so does my body really thank me for stopping with starch and sugar. I do not miss potatoes, bread, pasta and processed sugar in my everyday life.

Now that I’ve eaten LCHF for 3 years, it is not hard to figure out what to eat. I have LCHF recipes in my head like I used to have traditional Danish recipes in my head.

Of course it is a bit more simply because I, as you know I am now single and therefore only have to cook for myself.

In the morning I make a smoothie consisting of shunning, orange juice, yoghurt, banana and either strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.

For lunch I get a smoothie consisting of chervil, celery and juice. I make it in the morning in my OBH smoothie to go machine because I can easily take the bottle with you to work.

In the evening I make salad with baby spinach and seasonal vegetables that I eat with some meat. Other times I fry LCHF fritters made of grated carrot and sweet potato. .

Last night I made a Frittata consisting of eggs, grated carrot and chopped baby spinach with pine kernels, so sometimes I do not eat meat.

When I started at LCHF I lost my 18 kg over the first half year. Since then, related to my divorce I have lost 4 kilos more, but they were certainly not a goal. And thankfully I do not loose any more wight now.
