The below four areas that buyers can give reviews are: A correct description of the item, Communications, Shipping and handling charges, and Shipping time.

While the Detailed Seller review is needful for buyers to determine how reliable a seller is, for the seller it can result in a lot of pressure and worry about maintaining a high review. A low seller review can affect your seller performance as well, and where your listing surfaces. Follow these simple tips to keep your high eBay seller review:

  1. Package your items well

Avoid any damage to the items you are sending by parceling them carefully. Putting a bit of cash on bubble wrap and boxes could save you money in the long term if you can avoid returns and complaints, and will help you keep a high seller review on eBay.

  1. Showcase your products accurately

Write the description of your product with full detail that the customer wouldn't need photographs to know precisely what they are buying. Write the story using bullet points or short paragraphs so that the buyer can easily understand what the product is and the condition that it's in.

Be honest and upfront about any flaws, defects or marks. If you try to mislead or brush over any errors, the buyer is likely to be disappointed when they receive the product and leave negative feedback or return the item.

Don't use stock photos, mainly when you are selling used items. Take images from all angles, and take individual pictures of any marks or dent that you have mentioned in the description.
