Like Your Style

For the past several months, the Fashion Industry Network has been using the phrase "Like Your Style", as the method for members to indicate to one another that they appreciate a particular post from another member.

If you are not familiar with the button, it looks like this.

8842946272?profile=originalYou will find this button on the Fashion Industry Network if you view a blog post, fashion photo, fashion video, etc.

Essentially, the Fashion Industry Network "Like Your Style" has a similar function to the "Like" button on Facebook (if you are interested, you can like the Fashion Industry Network on Facebook).

When viewing fashion blog posts, photos, etc. here on FIN, if you find them interesting, you are welcome to click the "Like Your Style" button to show your support.  In addition to showing your support, it ads a link to your profile which in theory may help more members find your profile (they can then learn about your business and possibly develop a business connection etc.)

Please note that on some areas of the site such as the main page, you may find links that just say "like".  This is basically the same as "Like Your Style", but we felt it looked better as shorter text or we needed it shorter to fit well on the page.

Because, I am not an attorney, I have no clue if this term can be copyrighted or trademarked.  However, I have researched and I believe the Fashion Industry Network is the first to use "Like Your Style" for this purpose.  Therefore, I hope that this term is now our copyright or trademark as follows:

Like Your Style ™

Like Your Style ©

Anyway, even if this does not qualify for an official trademark, we are glad we developed the term and glad that we have these buttons on the site.  Hopefully, you will like each others style, and enjoy giving each other positive feed back when it is deserved...

Maybe in the future, we will add a button for "hate your style" for when we see someone post a blog message, image, or video that is NOT stylish...

PLEASE keep all discussions relevant to fashion, textiles, beauty products, or jewelry.

Follow the Fashion Industry Network Rules.

It is always a good time to review fabulous fashion.
