Jessica Rey to launch swimwear line at Surf Expo

Actress Jessica Rey will be introducing her eponymous line of swimwear to the retail market on January 10-12, 2013 at the Surf Expo tradeshow in Orlando, Florida. Rey Swimwear will be showcased with men’s line Jonah at booth number 1393 at the Orange County Convention Center.

The collection consists of vintage-inspired pieces that disprove the age-old notion that when it comes to swimwear, smaller is always better. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn, Rey attempts to capture a vintage, glamorous feel that can make any woman feel beautiful, yet comfortable. Consisting of maillots, tankini tops and high-waisted bottoms, Rey Swimwear has been called a breath of fresh air in a world of the often confidence-killing string bikinis.

Fashion blogger Joey Renaud has applauded the line: “It’s beautiful and an homage to old-fashioned swimsuits with today’s fashion appeal.”

Established in 2008, Rey Swimwear ships to customers in 19 countries. Surf Expo will be the first time the line is exhibited at a tradeshow. Rey will be exhibited alongside brand-new men’s line, Jonah, which boasts a similar line of vintage-inspired swim trunks and beachwear for men.

Jessica Rey has been acting consistently for over ten years, with her most notable role as the White Ranger in Power Rangers: Wild Force. She continues to make appearances all over the world at fan conventions, and is currently in production on No Nerds Here, a documentary web series that chronicles the lives of former Power Rangers at Comic Conventions.

Jessica is also filming a web-based talk show entitled Jes My Life, in which she reviews and discusses various baby, home, and lifestyle products. Both No Nerds Here and Jes My Life are set to debut in 2013.
