As Lara Bingle gave details of her wedding to Sam Worthington on Monday, fans were finally treated to a glimpse of their previously secretive romance.

All that was missing as the mother-of-one gushed over their 'intimate' ceremony were the photographs, with even radio host Jackie Henderson eager to find out what Lara wore for her big day.

But fashion enthusiasts may have unwittingly admired her bridal gown before, with fresh details of the dress pointing to a particular throwback snap shared by the style icon earlier this year.

Revealing that she picked up the garment in London shortly before tying the knot with Sam, Lara told Kylie and Jackie O today: 'Just before the wedding I was in London, it was really cold at the time and finding a dress at six-months-pregnant...(was difficult).

'I found something at Louis Vuitton, it was white.'

After hiding her pregnancy until the very last minute, 28-year-old Lara shared a throwback photograph of herself sporting a burgeoning bump shortly after Rocket's birth in March.

Posing in a dressing room in a white lace gown with black zippers, the expectant mother looks positively bridal as she snaps herself in the mirror.

Captioning the photograph, Lara wrote: '28 weeks pregnant in London.'

Daily Mail Australia has contacted representatives for the star for confirmation of her wedding day attire.

Speaking publicly for the first time about their low-key wedding, Lara revealed that only 10 guests were present and all were family.

'It was very intimate, we just popped in to Melbourne where Sam's family is from. It was just our families, less than 10 people.

'We wrote the whole celebration, we wrote all our vows. I was pregnant as well.' The mother-of-one prepared an 'afternoon lunch' for guests with the help of her mother, she added.

No photographs have ever emerged of their nuptials, with both Sam and Lara skirting questions over their relationship until she changed her name to his online.

The pair even hid the arrival of son Rocket Zot, with Lara announcing the news on Instagram in March.
