As we all know that summer is the time when everyone plans a picnic and for the picnic, they must search for the apparel that will increase the charm of the attire. You might have purchased many of the new clothing for casual or picnics wear Just Like Superhero Outfit of Deadpool Jacket but have you ever tried making the dress by using old t-shirts? If no so you are at the right place, we will help you out to get some ways of recycling the clothes. Don’t throw the oversized and sloppy t-shirts, you can make bikini of it. You can prepare your bikini one of the best of all. You just keep few things with you that include a t-shirt, pins and a sewing machine. So, follow the below-shown points and make your bikini unique from all.

TAKE A T-SHIRT

Your first step would be choosing the t-shirt for your swimsuit. If you want a color combination bikini, then you can bring two oversize t-shirts one for the upper part and another for the lower part.

CUT THE BOTTOM

Next, you have to cut the bottom of both the t-shirts that means we will get two strips from these both t-shirts. Now you have to cut the strips from the mid. So, now you have exactly 4 strips available.

BOTTOM STRIPS

Now, you again have to bring your t-shirts and cut 2 one inch wide strips and cut one strip in half once. So, you have 1 long strip. Take another one and cut it in half and take out two strips from it. Now you would be having 7 strips, one long and 6 short.

CREATING A TOP

To create a top, you have to use the t-shirt again. Cut 9 inches of the bottom and make sure that you are working on both layers of the tee. Pinup both the layers and now you have to focus on only one layer.

CUT THE TRIANGLE

You have to sketch the triangle that measures 10 inches across the bottom. Turn your fabric into a half circle and sketch another triangle on the same dimensions. Pin the triangles and pin them out.

THE TRIANGLE TOP

Flip one of the triangles over and fold the top corner down one inch. You have to turn the side corner and then pin it up so that it would be easy while sewing. Sew a closure but be careful to leave an open "tunnel" so you can thread your strip through later.

FINISHING THE TOP

Lastly, use that strips to give a finishing look to this top. With the help of a safety pin, you can put the strips between sewing. Now, you have done with the top and it might look amazing when wearing. Follow more steps to create your bottom as well.

CREATING THE BOTTOM

Take a t-shirt and cut a rectangle and pin the layers of the rectangle together. Then sketch an hour glass onto the fabric one piece swimsuits. You want the narrow part of the hourglass to measure 4 inches across and fall 11 inches for the top of the rectangle.

THE BOTTOM

Fold in all four corners of the hourglass, stretch and place strips over the separate for corners. Fold and pin the front of the bottom and make sure strips will overlap, similarly fold and pin on opposite side as well.

FINISHING THE BOTTOM

Sew the front and back closure. Make numerous small cuts in the curved area of the hourglass. This will help the fabric give easier when you are folding in the edge. Fold and pin the two sides of the hourglass in 1 inch and sew it on both sides. You are done with the bottom now.

We are sure that these steps will be helpful for you all and surely you will feel it easy and simple. So, just follow the above valuable steps and make your swimsuit now at lowest rates. You can use different colors and some charm in it to make it unique from all. I hope you will be inspired by the ideas that we have shared with you all.
