February Fashion Weeks were full of surprises – with many of the classics being redefined, reemerging with a modern touch to them and so many new trends being introduced to us. We’re bringing you the list of street style trends and tendencies captured at Fall Fashion Weeks in Milan, Paris, London and New York, and what you can do to pull them off:

Rock that leather!

Pants, bags, jackets, and shoes – faux or real, leather was rocked all over the place. Easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion, it has become a staple in the fashion world, adored by many. With additional details like fringes or zippers, it became a modern version of something so classic and iconic that’s always sure to give you that edgy, glamorous and youthful look. Combine leather with another trendy item like a fur coat or vest to give off that chic, rock star vibe.

Prints on prints... on prints!

Noticeable on every corner of this year’s Fashion Weeks, from fierce leopard, snake and zebra prints to dominant checkered ones, prints are undoubtedly ruling the runways this year. You can see them on jackets, coats, pants, shoes... anything imaginable. And on top of that, trendsetters have given us the green light when it comes to wearing two prints at the same time, allowing for our creativity to shine through. Be bold and rock those snake print boots with the matching skirt. If you want to go even further, copy Paris street style by wearing two different prints, like floral and animal print or floral and checkered. Why not? With prints, the sky is the limit!

A dress to impress

Animal prints, polka dots, checkered, flowy, bodycon, florals, and sequins... a lot of different types of dresses were worn at London Fashion Week. They’re an absolute must-have this season. Dresses are easy to combine – they make your outfit look elegant and refined while highlighting your feminine side at the same time. You can wear them with coats, blazers, leather jackets, or with blouses underneath. Put on a belt to accentuate your waist or add some wild accessories to make your outfit pop. A lot of online stores draw their inspirations from the runway shows, trying to recreate those looks for less. Go check out some online stores and buy women’s dresses that fit your style. In return, they will help you stand out from the crowd while also being trendy and chic. What’s not to love about that?

Go monochromatic

Going all white was a real hit at Milan Fashion Week. Fashionistas all over the world are embracing the monochromatic trend wholeheartedly, combining several items from a simple color palette, starting with the main color and adding nuances to it in order to get the polished, monochromatic look. It works with any color, so it’s easy to find your personal favorites and combine them without fear of making a fashion mistake.

Oversize it!

The masculine look was certainly one of the hottest trends in the past few seasons, and so is the case with this one. Baggy, oversized coats and jackets were worn combined with leggings, bodycon dresses and skirts to give just a hint of femininity.

As the fashion capitals of the world dictate the trends season by season, it might be hard to get a hold of all the trends, since they are coming out fast. Hopefully, this list has made it clear what items you need to focus on getting in order to be trendy and to successfully pick out fashionable items for the upcoming season.
