Designers that want to be entered into the fashion show will:
-Fill out a general "about designer" form-contact information etc...
-If you have models that you would like to use, models will be required to attend all meetings and model calls facilitated by the fashion committee
-Be required to have a eight pieces to go into the fashion show with Minimum 6 complete looks prior to designer submission deadline.
-Allow garments should to be viewed by board either sketches, pictures, or on the model/dress form before acceptance to the show so that a level of taste and decency is maintained.
-Commit to bringing 10 guests to winetasting and/or fashion show...
-Submit registration form and present sample of garments that would be shown
Models will:
-ALL MODELS NEED TO HAVE THEIR OWN SHOES/HEELS
-complete DISCLOSURE stating that PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY
Additional Note: ALL garments MUST submitted MUST be clean, in garment bags and tagged. Models are required to submit at least 1 pair of HEELS on the dress rehearsal date or at least 3 DAYS prior to show to ensure a successful show.
-Also allow us time to have our freelance photographer take pictures/ video for PARTI Program archive's.
