Gigi Hadid Is The Latest It Girl To Wear This Danish Outerwear Brand

Is there a tougher challenge for an emerging brand than catching the eye of an It Girl? Luckily for Barbara Potts and Catherine Saks of Saks Potts — the Danish outerwear brand known for its joyful, cotton candy-colored furs and shearlings — they've already drawn in their fair share. Since launching in 2013, the label has since amassed a devoted following of stylish fans such as Alexa Chung, Paloma Elsesser, Slick Woods and, yes, even Beyoncé. The latest to step out in a Saks Potts coat is Gigi Hadid, who just wore a short pink plaid style from the label's Spring 2018 runway show (held in Copenhagen, where the brand is based). That means the mission is clear: It's time to start saving those pennies for a coat of our own.

The latest coat spotting follows a slew of our favorite fashion plates that have made the brand's quirky styles their own. You could say a highlight for the brand was when Beyoncé wore its purple fur sleeves with an emerald gown at a Tidal event. Or when Rihanna wore a shaggy lilac coat, a color that she matched her beauty palette to (naturally). Equally as good is Paloma Elsesser's more dressed-down take on a plaid coat, which she wore with high-rise denim and a crop top. Alexa Chung wore her two-tone coat to do some run-of-the-mill grocery shopping. Whoever it may be, the consensus here is serious chic factor.
