Prior to today, I had not been familiar with this type of suit. Possibly, that is because I am neither a hunter nor a sniper... Anyway, according to Wikipedia, a Ghillie Suit is as follows: "A ghillie suit, yowie suit, or camo tent is a type of camouflage clothing designed to resemble heavy foliage.
