The Abominable Snowman, Big Foot, werewolves – not really style icons are they? Think again. When model of the moment, Freja Beha Erichsen, dons a pair of white fluffy Chanel boots she looks more snow princess than yeti… might have something to do with her coltish limbs and beautiful face or the fact that they’re Chanel, but nevertheless it is possible to look cool in fuzzy footwear.

I must admit when I first saw the Chanel A/W 2010 campaign I thought it was a bit hairy-scary, but now Jack Frost has hit Britain I just think they look super-snug and smug rolling about in their fur lined boots and togs (all though I’m not sure about the actual bear outfit the fellas wearing – that might be taking it a bit too far).

Just because there’s a bit of snow on the roads does not mean you have to wear your mum’s wellies. There’s enough toasty but trendy shaggy snow-boots out there that will keep you looking stylish and snug. See them here
