The fashion industry has been forced to change and adapt over the years. However, it has been bent further than ever before this century. The industry is making a big impact in various portions of the world, including in the Danish capital. On Wednesday, guests gathered at the GL Strand Museum to catch a glimpse of the upcoming Mario Testino exhibit "No Limits".

The artist, Testino, was absolutely delighted by the turnout. His response? "It feels like Rio," he noted. The exhibit spanned over three floors and included historical fashion photographs of Madonna and Kate Moss. Although most won't be able to partake in the event, it is still nice to know fashion can captivate the world wide audience.

Another notable fashion news item comes from Maven Women. The brand new brand from Rebecca Ballard is designed specifically for professional women. It hopes to provide dignity to all women, while encouraging them to unite as a force for future change. Rebecca admits she wants to embody social justice, while giving professional women the ability to look their best.

If you happen to live in Maryland, you've definitely want to take the opportunity to check out the upcoming Atomic Era fashion exhibit. The Atomic Era Jazz Cocktail Party, which is designed to showcase the height of Morningside's history, is set to take place on May the 19th. The Maryland Historical Society is tasked with the showcase and they will hope to introduce Grace Kelly gowns and Frank Sinatra garb into this century.

The event will also feature local Jazz pianist Lafayette Gilchrist! If you find yourself in the area, you'll most certainly want to check it out. All in all, the fashion industry is on the move and it will continue to grow within coming years.
