Zonia exhibited her prêt spring summer collection 2016 yesterday at PFDC fashion active mall1 Lahore.
The collection was inspired by ‘kievan’ her recent collection from PSFW S/S16 and its prêt variations with a lots of layering, self-embroidery textures, bootcuts,70’s sleeves, oversized tunics, crisp cut lines and cutouts in a trending color palette.
The event with all its glamour and shine brought together the who’s who of the fashion industry including fashion designers, top models, journalists, bloggers, and social media reporters.
Like always the exhibition was a massive hit and hats off to the Savvy PR who managed the event in a very efficient way.
The price range of the clothes was starting from Rs 2,500 to Rs 48,000.
The designs showcased grabbed everyone’s attention turning the exhibition into a successful event with all the pieces being sold within the first few hours.
Talking to The Nation Zonia Anwar said, “Today I have showcased my recent collection titled ‘Kievan’ which is inspired by culture of the Kievan Rus era from medieval times by incorporating modern Ukrainian decorative art with their floral and cross stitch intricate prints or patterns.
