Fashion Reps - BUYING AND SELLING

I would like any information anyone has on becoming preferably a fashion buyer but alternatively a sales representative within fashion. I can't afford to go to college or uni and my only experience in relation to this is direct marketing sales. Im based in the west midlands, uk!any help would be great!!thanksM xx
