Fashion Industry Network Mouse Pad : Lady With Pearls

OK, this may be crazy, but I thought it would be interesting to develop a Fashion Industry Network Mouse Pad. One of the excellent fashion photographers on this network (Shaun Alexander), gave me permission to use one of his photographs to create a mouse pad. So I ran with the idea... Although the mouse pad is NOT as clear as the original photo, it did turn out fairly well. To be honest, it is actually, a tad difficult to read the text on the mouse pad. Possibly, it should have been done in a brighter color or outlined better. However, I did not want the text to distract from the primary image. Anyway, it is what it is and now I have 300 of them under my desk... I am going to send Shaun a bunch as a thank you for allowing me to use the image, and now I have to sell around 200 to 250 so I have room to put my feet. On that page, I have listed the supplier where I purchased the mouse pads (in case you want to make your own). I have also listed how much I paid for the mouse pads and what I am charging for them. Originally, I was thinking about selling them at cost. However, I then thought that it could not hurt for me to try and make a little money to help pay some of the expenses of this website. Anyway, I have a funny feeling that I will not be selling them all. Hopefully, making a few bucks on the ones that I do sell will help limit my loss on the project.
