Fashion Industry Network - Magic

I have been registered to the network for a little over a year now, as a freelance writer. I rarely log on/use it, because after all these months, I still haven't figured out a way to truly maximize on this network opportunity, as far as establishing lucrative connections, partnerships, co-lab opportunities etc...

I see a lot of info/opportunities for Designers, Boutiques owners, Fashion/Business students etc...but not so much for writers. So any writers/others feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

- How is the Fashion Industry Network a benefit to what you do? If yes, how so?
- Are you doing anything in particular to find these opportunities?
- Any info/contact you could recommend to those in search of writing opportunities?
