Oops... The fashion events function had not been working for all members.
On November 12th, I had posted a blog called Fashion Events Calendar : Add Fashion Events to the Fashion Industry Network Calendar. In that blog message I had indicated that the Fashion Industry Newtwork was now set up to allow members to post fashion events on a FIN calendar. However, after receiving comments from a few of my friends on the network, I realized we had a bit of a problem with the system. In summary, I had the system set to only allow admins to add fashion events to the calendar. Members unfortunately did not have access to submit events. Anyway, I think that I have the situation resolved as of this morning. Now, members should be able to submit fashion events to the calendar.
If have previously tried to submit an event, I am sorry for the inconvenience. You are welcome to try again now at the fashion events section.
