This evening I have added an events calendar to the Fashion Industry Network. Yes, this is a different calendar then the Fashion Industry Calendar. On the Fashion Industry Calendar, I list all of the events. On this new Fashion Industry Network Calendar of Events, members can add events to the calendar.
OK, this is a bit of an experiment. If this does not work well, I will remove the feature.

For now, I will allow all members of the Fashion Industry Network to post events. However, if for some reason the system gets abused (people posting events not relevant to fashion or related events), I may change the system to only allow certain members to post events. Well, lets hope for the best... Hopefully, everyone will only post fashion relevant events.
You can post fashion week events, apparel trade shows, textile exhibits, runway shows, fashion seminars, etc.

The Events feature is a great way to let other members know about upcoming conferences, runway events, PR events, seminars, or any other event related to fashion, textiles, modeling, fashion photography, etc.
If you are interested, you can read fashion event news. If you have an event schedules, you should add to the Fashion Events Calendar here on the Fashion Industry Network, but you should also submit your fashion event news to Apparel Search. Also, it would be a good idea to request the event to be added to the Fashion Calendar at FashionIndustryCalendar.com
