EOM LOGOPhotobucketPhotobucketEducation of a Model Reality ShowSynopsis of the EOMThe world we live in and the world portrayed through the media whether it is via TV, radio, print, or online does not always give us a true sense of reality. Reality TV was introduced in order to give us entertainment through real life examples. It was supposed to be raw and depict true events that go on in our reality. However over the years we have come to see that reality TV for many may not be reality or be depicting the real truth.E.O.M “The Education of a Model” Reality Show is exactly as the title states. This show will bring to light what aspiring and professional models have to do to in order to achieve success in the modeling and fashion industry. Our goal is to educate viewers by providing deep insight into the proper and technical way to become not only a professional model, but well trained as well. E.O.M. will “teach” the world the proper ways to walk, eat, exercise, pose, prep, and sell. The show is essentially a school for not only inspiring models, but for the viewers who also inspire to model, but need the extra motivation and “push” to get started. Our show will be bridging the gap between education and entertainment. The models will be coming from all over the United States, but the majority will be from Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We decided to use these areas because the modeling industry has been saturated with the idea that you must either be or move to California and New York, in order to become a successful model. E.O.M. will be giving the world a look into the modeling, and fashion industry that is booming in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The show will be filmed throughout the DC metropolitan area. We wanted to pick areas that were rich with talent and that have not yet been properly exposed yet. Nightlife in the Nations capital is eventful but tasteful. We will be giving our viewers a taste of the DC night life. This look is in high demand now especially with the arrival of our new president. D.C. has begun to get flooded with more residents and tourist then it has ever seen. This also makes the location for our show ideal. The show is broken down in three phases.PHASE IThe first phase begins with a model call. During this process, the male and female contestants will be judged on their appearance, poise, walk, attitude, personal style, pictures, selling of a product, etc. After the model call is over, the top 40 models, both male and female will be chosen. These models will be the contestants that will compete to go into the ‘house’, and continue with the competition (more to be explained at model call). What makes our show unique is that we are incorporating both men and women with various body types. This will not be the typical model show. After the top 40 have been picked, they will go through a pre-training every Saturday for 8 hours. Then on Sunday you will have a task assigned to you and you will be judged on it. By the end of the first month each model will have one last chance to show what they have learned at the finale. During the finale, the top 10 men and top 10 women will be chosen and will move into a house in order to begin the second phase of the show.PHASE IIAfter the models move into the house, they will be receiving various training for 2 weeks from celebrity model coaches, personal trainers, chefs and photographers. During this period they will also be in competition amongst themselves. After they have finished with their training and the second phase of the competition of the show will take another twist….PHASE IIIThe top 20 aspiring models will compete with professional models from other agencies through various challenges every day. At the end of the day or week one model will be dismissed from the show. The aspiring models will be fighting for a modeling contract with Kas Collection Inc., you will have the opportunity to take one of his models jobs. The last two winners of the competition will compete for the grand prize which will be a leased free car for one year (to travel to and from various model calls and go-sees, etc…), courtesy of Automotive Rhythms, interviews with top New York City modeling agencies, and a Front Page Cover and spread with Hush Society Magazine (High Fashion Magazine (www.hushmagazine.net)) and a Free Photo shoot with Celebrity Photographer Roy Cox.Requirements:- No height requirement (you feel you have it, then show us)- No size requirement- Great attitude- Swagger- Pictures, compcards and/or portfolio book (portfolio book with be return after interview)- must be able to leave us a picture.- come model ready!!!- 18 - UP (PROPER ID REQUIRED)MUST BE ON TIME.
