It seems that denim has been thrown out in the form of pants. These last few months you've seen it in vests, jackets, and much more but not so many of us have decided to cover our legs with it anymore. What's taken over you may ask? Black fitted tuxedo pants, black pants that are tapered, shortened and covered with zippers. Black has never been bigger! As far as Im concerned I dont even want to wear denim pants because my black pants have me so spoiled. My favorite are a pair I accidentally ran accross last fall on a random confusion in Target. Jonathon Saunders for Target Black Tuxedo pants; they're the cheapest, best pants I'll ever wear! >>>I believe that no one should ever spend a massive amount on clothes. I myself like to buy marc jacobs dresses and boots from alloy.com . In case you dont know about alloy.com its one of the best websites for up to date shoes! They seem to produce look a like runway shoes within weeks of the premier of the real thing! You should definately check them out they're always running sales too. www.alloy.com
Anyways back to the subject denim has for the first time found itself an outcast in the pants division. Now dont get me wrong I love my Marc Jacobs denim motorcycle jacket, but the marc jacobs jeans I've been trying to sell on ebay forever just will NOT sell! The best thing to do if you are looking for black pants is to search for black liquid leggings or black strech straight leg knit pants.( mind you everything you wear is knitwear now days) If you're wondering wear to look check out ::::Target thats where my black liquid leggings came from as well as my black tuxedo pants. Also h&m has $30 black knit pants with ankle zippers. I just purchased these from the Pittsburgh H&M last month(they have many different varieties of black fitted pants of different lengths and styles) Tory Burch has many different types of black skinnies in knit and leather check out these leather Tory Burch leggings $995.00 Top of The Page>
Tory Burch has also introduced camo again which I personally love since she gives it a whole new look! To see the pants go to http://www.toryburch.com/toryburch/company/lookBook_Jul09.jsp?icCat... and for black pants and leggings check out: http://www.toryburch.com/toryburch/browse/subCategory.jsp?icParent=...

The bottom line is that black pants are rockin this blogger and many others! If you're wondering the best way to wear them I suggest with short denim dresses, to offset the usual since one usually sees denim as the pant material, With large frumpy sweaters and black riding boots, printed dresses and black cardigans and I'm really into hippy shirts with brown leather biker boots.

Oh and if you're really lucky you'll get your hands on a black quilted Balmain jacket :) Good luck with that!

You know I just started this for fun really. I would be interested in writing could you give me a little info? The tuxedo pants I bought a couple of years ago before black skinnies were in at all so I guess they were a good buy as I wear them frequently! Please get back to me :)
